Purchasing

What's your returns/refund policy?

Digital Products: Because of the nature of downloadable digital content, we DO NOT allow returns or refunds of any kind. Please thoroughly review all product information before making your purchase.

Coaching Product: If you are not completely satisfied with our Skype call, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return the full amount of your purchase. We've never had to do this, but we want to make sure that we can help out!

I'm having trouble with my order/download!

Please check your spam folder for the download links, they are sent in a separate email from your order confirmation. You can also contact thesoundtuts@gmail.com and be sure to include the purchaser's name, email and order number. If you live in a country with less than perfect internet and are having trouble with the file size during download, contact us with your order number and we can provide you with a multi-part download.
